Nous sommes des parents d'élèves résidant à Nice et ses environs. Nos enfants grandissent dans des familles multi-culturelles avec de fortes affinités à la culture anglo-saxonne.

APESIBAN (Association Parents d'Elèves pour la création d’une Section Internationale Bilingue Anglophone à Nice) est une association loi 1901 à but non lucratif, créée par des parents vivant à Nice. 

Malgré le rayonnement de la culture anglophone à NICE, aucune section internationale bilingue anglophone n’existe à NICE. Or, l’ensemble des sections internationales existant à NICE et dans le 06 ont en réalité été créées par des parents d’élèves. 

Par l’intermédiaire de leurs associations, les parents financent les professeurs de la section.

En adhérant à l'association, vous permettez à l'APESIBAN de promouvoir auprès des autorités publiques la nécessité de créer une section internationale à Nice. 

L’Association a pour objet la promotion de la langue anglaise par la dispense de cours en anglais au sein d'établissements scolaires publics de la Ville de Nice, préparant notamment à l'examen du Baccalauréat Français International reconnu par l'état français.

Elle permettra de poursuivre un enseignement en anglais, de qualité et d’excellence aussi bien au Collège qu’au Lycée. 

L’Association a vocation à représenter les parents d’élèves auprès de l’Académie de Nice et des établissements concernés. 

L’Association œuvre pour le multilinguisme et la coopération entre les différentes nationalités et cultures anglophones et françaises. 

Son objectif est de faciliter l’insertion de tous les enfants français, anglophones et d’autres nationalités souhaitant suivre un enseignement bilingue anglais au sein d’une section internationale bilingue anglais. 

L’Association participe et contribue au fonctionnement des différentes Associations présentes ou futures partageant ses objectifs.

L’Association favorise les séjours linguistiques et soutient les échanges individuels.

L’Association permet de créer et de faciliter les rencontres et les échanges entre les membres de l’Association.

Les statuts de l'Association ont été signés et déposés auprès de la Préfecture des Alpes-Maritimes le 05 décembre 2023.

We are parents of schoolchildren living in Nice and the surrounding area. Our children are part of a broad multi-cultural community with a strong affinity to British/American culture.

APESIBAN (Association Parents d'Elèves pour la Création d'une Section Internationale Bilingue Anglophone à Nice) is a non-profit association under the French law of 1901, created by a group of parents living in Nice.

Despite the strong influence of English culture in Nice, we are frustrated by the fact that there are no opportunities for our children to attend a public school (state school) in Nice and attend a bilingual English-speaking international section as modelled by the CIV English Section in Valbonne. The english international sections that currently operate in the schools outside of Nice were in fact initially created thanks to the collective action of parents - who formed an association such as this one. Today, these Associations provide the necessary financing to recruit and pay English teachers of the International Section. 

By joining APESIBAN you are supporting our collective effort to demonstrate to the necessary authorities that there is demand for an english international section in a state school in Nice. 

The Association's aim is to promote the English language by offering English courses in Nice's state schools, preparing students for the Baccalauréat Français International which is recognised by the French state.

Our aim is to enable the pursuit of high quality teaching of English language, literature and history/geography at both Collège and Lycée levels.

The Association represents parents in their dealings with the Académie de Nice and the schools concerned.

The Association promotes multilingualism and cooperation between French and English-speaking nationalities and cultures.

Its aim is to facilitate the integration of all French, English-speaking children and children of other nationalities wishing to follow a bilingual English education within an international bilingual English section.

The Association participates in and contributes to the running of various present or future Associations sharing its objectives.

The Association promotes language stays and supports individual exchanges.

The Association creates and facilitates meetings and exchanges between Association members.

The Association's articles of association were signed and filed with the Préfecture des Alpes-Maritimes on December 05, 2023.
