Depuis quelques semaines, notre planète fait face à la propagation du COVID-19 qui a touché plusieurs milliers de personnes à travers le monde. Nous sommes tous concernés par cette épidémie et avons tous la responsabilité d'y faire face et de limiter ses conséquences.

La Tunisie, bien qu'actuellement moins touchée que d'autres régions du monde, aura besoin de l'aide de sa diaspora à travers le monde pour apporter main forte aux efforts du Ministère de la Santé et des autres organismes publics, qui militent pour endiguer la propagation du virus et protéger les membres du staff médical, première ligne de défense contre l'épidémie.

C'est dans ce contexte que l'ATUGE, à travers ses 3 bureaux (France, UK, Tunisie) a décidé de lancer la "Campagne de collecte de fonds pour la Tunisie - Lutte contre le COVID-19". Les fonds collectés seront transférés au bureau de l’ATUGE en Tunisie et seront déployés pour soutenir nos initiatives sur divers axes.

Nos actions au profit du système médical en Tunisie jusqu'au 12/04/2020

Votre geste altruiste et bienveillant a permis de mener 5 actions au profit de 8 hôpitaux et 2 organismes partenaires (l'association EL Space et l'Ordre des Médecins).

Fundraising to support the Tunisian Ministry of Health efforts in its fight against COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

In recent weeks, our planet has been dealing with the spread of the virus known as CO_VID19 that has affected several thousand people around the world. We are all concerned about the spread of this virus and we all have a responsibility to deal with this epidemic and limit its consequences.

Tunisia, although currently less affected than other parts of the world, will need the help of its diaspora around the world to lend a hand to the efforts of the Ministry of Health, which campaigns to stem the spread of the virus and protect members medical staff, the first line of defence against the epidemic.

It is in this context that ATUGE, through its 3 branches (France, Tunisia and the United Kingdom) has decided to launch a "Campaign of Fundraising for Tunisia - Fight against COVID-19". The funds raised will be transferred to the ATUGE bank account in Tunisia and will be used to supply our hospitals with specialized medical equipment that has become vital (breathers, protective devices, etc.) by paying the suppliers through invoices approved by hospitals.

Our first action on 24th March, 2020

Thanks to your generosity, we have already reached the first goal we had set ourselves to collect donations of 20,000 euros for Tunisia. These funds has been deployed by paying directly the supplier for the benefit of the CAMU (Centre for Urgent Medical Assistance and Resuscitation of Tunis). The supply included essential medical equipment (3 Multiparameter Surveillance Monitors and 2 Electric Syringes Push).

Given the high demand for medical equipment in different hospitals, we have increased the ceiling of our prize pool to 70,000 euros. Your contribution will be welcome.

Many of us live around the world thanks to our country which has given us this opportunity through the scholarships of excellence and a good education. Today, it is our duty to serve our country. Let us all be generous at this critical time: a donation, or even a sharing the link with your network, will make a difference and save our fellow citizens the worst.
