On Saturday, May 11, 2019, at 5pm, in the Nave of the American Cathedral (23 avenue George V, 75008 Paris), the American Cathedral Youth Program, in partnership with American Childrens Theatre, brings you a musical straight out of London's West End, a unique production set during WWI, created especially for youth theatre groups – there are no “adult” characters in the cast, only children. Comedy, tragedy, silliness – it has it all, and will leave you at the end in a hopeful place.
Just a short five months ago, we commemorated the centennial of the end of WWI. This musical production – appropriate for children ages 6 and up – reminds a modern audience of what children’s lives were like then, as well as what war does to a society.
