FRANCAIS : Le Boxeur de Tigre : Alex est un boxeur de 16 ans. Il frappe fort et sait encaisser un coup de poing. Mais le seul coup qu’il ne voit pas arriver est celui du lymphome de Burkitt… appelé la maladie du tigre dans le jargon médical. Alex veut juste vivre sa vie, sortir avec son nouvel amour, Noémie, passer du temps avec sa famille, son meilleur ami et devenir champion de boxe. Il doit maintenant faire face à ce tigre qui remet en question tous ses rêves. Le Boxer du Tigre est un film sur l'amour et la solidarité.

Tiger's Boxer : Alex is a 16-year-old boxer. He hits hard and knows how to take a punch. But the one punch he doesn't see coming is Burkitt's lymphoma... called Tiger Disease in medical jargon. Alex just wants to live his life, date his new love, Noémie, spend time with his family, his best friend and become a boxing champion. Now he has to face up to this tiger who is challenging all his dreams. Le Boxer du Tigre is a film about love and solidarity.

Nous prévoyons de commencer la pré-production en novembre car nous avons sécurisé notre acteur principal, Javon "Wanna" Walton. Javon est connu pour ses rôles dans Euphoria, The Umbrella Academy et Under the Bridge. Il a également co-joué avec Sly Stallone dans Samaritan. “Tiger's Boxer” is progressing almost exponentially. We're getting ready to shoot in December/January. We plan to start pre-production in November as we've secured our lead actor, Javon “Wanna” Walton. Javon is known for his roles in Euphoria, The Umbrella Academy and Under the Bridge. He also co-starred with Sly Stallone in Samaritan. We're thrilled to have this incredibly talented rising star take on the role of Alex.

May a finalisé l'apparence du TIGRE. The Tiger's Boxer est nommé d'après le lymphome de Burkitt, connu sous le nom de maladie du tigre pour la rapidité avec laquelle il envahit votre corps. Le Tigre est une hallucination 2D/3D qui représente le cancer d'Alex. Seul Alex peut voir le Tigre, alors qu'ils se battent tout au long du film pour la survie d'Alex. May a précédemment été superviseure VFX pour Bohemian Rhapsody et superviseure des effets pour Inception et The Dark Knight Rises, parmi d'autres films à succès. May finalized the look of the TIGER. The Tiger's Boxer is named after Burkitt's lymphoma, known as tiger's disease for the speed with which it invades your body. The Tiger is a 2D/3D hallucination representing Alex's cancer. Only Alex can see the Tiger, as they battle throughout the film for Alex's survival. May was previously VFX supervisor for Bohemian Rhapsody and effects supervisor for Inception and The Dark Knight Rises, among other successful films. Attached is a preview of the Tiger's appearance. Le projet est inspiré d'une histoire vraie dans la famille de la réalisatrice, Jane Schinasi, qui souhaite mettre en image cette expérience afin de donner de l'espoir aux enfants et familles dans la même situation et pour ceux qui ne réalise pas cette situation difficile.
A quoi servira l'argent collecté ?
L'argent collecté servira à développer le film au niveau international mais aussi à mettre en place des activités via le sport et la méditation dans les hôpitaux pour enfants atteints de cancer.
Origin of the project
The project was inspired by a true story in the family of the director, Jane Schinasi, who wanted to put this experience into pictures to give hope to children and families in the same situation, and to those who don't realize how difficult it is.
What will the money raised be used for?
The money raised will be used to develop the film internationally, as well as to set up sports and meditation activities in children's cancer hospitals.

En tant que fondatrice et trésorière de l'association ainsi que réalisatrice de film, mon but est de donner la parole à ceux qu'on entend pas à travers les médias et de libérer les tabous.
Un total de 1. 500 000 euros couvrira nos frais d'écriture et de développement pour le film Boxeur de Tigre mais aussi pour poursuivre nos actions à l'hôpital de la Croix Rouge par exemple.
