Training the youth of Paris' suburbs to get a job and broaden life vision

Presentation of project

The project is composed of a 9 days intensive YLTP (Youth leadership Training Program) and a 9 months follow up.

20 youth from Paris' suburbs will receive the powerful YLTP on leadership and skills improvement. For this first edition in France the YLTP will take place from 13th to 21st August 2016.

YLTP is a concrete empowerment training on leadership and life’s vision enlargement. The YLTP has been proved to strengthen the youth from inside, clarifying their mind, broadening their vision, developing their skills and competences. During this year program lot of attention will be put on how getting a job.

Origin of project

Since many decades there has been an issue in large France's metropoles's suburbs. Plenty of this suburbs are an environment made up of violence, prejudice, high unemployment, traffic and more recently religious fanaticism. Our analysis shows that unemployed youth in the suburbs are the most vulnerable targets for criminal and religiously radicalised organisations.

The Art of Living France has decided to set up the YLTP to strengthen the youth from inside so hey have the confidence and will power to uplift their life and community.
