Our non-profit organisation La Nature du Sud works to promote and protect the local wildlife in our area of southern France (Languedoc-Roussillon and the wider region of Occitanie). This includes supporting local specialists who provide us with guiding services.

We do NOT receive any subsidies from government bodies, foundations or any other organisation.

Our only income is from the activities we organise (day trips, residential trips, private guiding and online Bird ID workshops) - in English under the name of Birding Languedoc and in French under the name of La Nature du Sud.

The administration of our organisation is entirely carried out by volunteers.
