  TGIF 23/05/2025 Scottish dancing

  Come and discover traditional Scottish and Irish dancing, in the elegant and spacious Clubhouse at the Standard Athletic Club in the forest of Meudon. Dances will be explained and guided. Everyone is welcome from experienced dancers to complete beginners. 🎶 Feel the dynamic rhythms and the beautiful melodies of the reels, jigs, polkas, hornpipes and slides of Celtic music, and experience a lively moment of conviviality and fun.

  Chess at the SAC

  We have teamed up with the chess school, Club Echecs du Cavalier Rouge, to provide chess lessons for children. Every Saturday from 1 February, a chess instructor will be coming to give chess lessons and organise mini-tournaments. There will be two sessions: 10 am to noon and 1 - 3 pm. We have started a trial 8-week period from 1 Feb but excluding the school holidays. It is €30 per child for the whole 8-week period.
